How we use it

• To reply to you personally about your request. Our website forms do not trigger automated texts or calls.
• To decide how quickly a person should follow up (lead scoring).
• To keep a record of your request and your consent.

We do not sell your information. We do not share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties for their marketing.

If you contacted a business that uses our service

Businesses use AI Speed to Leads to reply quickly to requests made on their own websites. In that case the business decides how you are contacted, and we process your information on its behalf. Automated texts and AI-assisted calls are only sent if you checked that business's consent box. Calls start by saying they come from an AI assistant and may be recorded. We keep a record of your consent (the wording you saw, the time and the page) and honor opt-outs right away: reply STOP to a text, or say you don't want calls during a call.

Service providers

We use service providers to run the website, send email and text messages, and place calls. They may process your information only to provide those services to us.

Texts and calls

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. On a call you can ask for a human or ask us not to call again at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as needed to handle your request and our business records, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
