Does the AI pretend to be a person?
No. The voice assistant says it is an AI assistant calling on your behalf, and it only calls people who filled out your form and agreed to be contacted. Anyone can ask for a human or opt out at any time.
Do I have to change my website forms?
Usually not. Your existing forms send a copy to one webhook address. Most forms, including FormSubmit, WordPress and Shopify forms, can do that. Your normal form emails keep coming too.
What happens to leads that are not a fit?
