One AI script for every dealer in your network

AI Speed to Leads gives a dealer network one HQ-approved script, one consent standard and one report. Every dealer keeps its own calendar and phone number. Every web lead, at every location, gets an email in seconds and a call from Lily, our AI assistant, in about a minute. Set rate rolls up by dealer.

Built by Eye To Ad Media, Denver. We run it on our own bath and painting leads before we run it on yours. Terms we agree on the call.

Why networks lose leads

Thirty-one dealers means thirty-one ways to answer a lead late

The brand pays for the lead. The dealer answers it when the office opens. In between, the homeowner fills out two more forms. The research on this is old and consistent.

0%

of 2,241 audited companies responded to a web lead within an hour. 23% never responded at all.

of home-service calls come in after hours, by Podium's count. Dealers close at five.

The network edition

What HQ controls, what each dealer keeps

We built this for manufacturer dealer networks and franchise groups, bath and shower brands first. One agreement, one script, one report. The dealer still owns the appointment.

HQ-approved script

Marketing writes the opening, the questions and the objection answers once. We load it for every dealer. Dealers can request changes; HQ approves them. Nobody freelances the brand promise at 9 pm.

Per-dealer calendars and numbers

Each dealer connects its own calendar, service ZIPs and a local caller ID. Leads route by ZIP. Lily books on the right calendar and the dealer gets the alert, the recording and the summary.

Roll-up reporting

HQ sees leads, contact rate, set rate and median seconds-to-first-call for every dealer, side by side, every month. The dealer sees its own. Same data, two views.

Consent language for every dealer form

We supply one consent checkbox and one disclosure line. Every dealer site, landing page and brand form uses it. Each lead's consent text, time and page are stored as proof. See the wording.

Co-op style billing

HQ can fund the program for the network, split it with dealers, or let dealers opt in and pay their share. One invoice or many, your call. Pricing is quoted per network on a 15-minute call. What's in each plan.

Rehash with consent on file

Unsold estimates can get a follow-up call, but only where the dealer has written consent and an existing relationship. We check that first. How lead reactivation works.

The questions Lily asks

Your network's qualifying questions, asked the same way everywhere

A typical bath-brand set. Lily asks one at a time, listens, and moves on. HQ can change any of them.

  • Which bathroom, and what's wrong with it? Tub-to-shower, walk-in tub, full remodel, or repair.
  • Do you own the home? Renters get a polite referral path, not a consult.
  • Will both decision-makers be home for the visit? The one question that most changes close rate on in-home consults.
  • What's the ZIP, and is it a house, condo or mobile home? Routes to the right dealer and flags access issues.
  • When were you hoping to have it done? This month, this season, or just looking.
  • Is this for you, or for a parent or relative? Caregiver leads need the right person on the call.
  • Have you had other estimates? Sets expectations for the rep.
  • Best day and time for a 60 to 90 minute in-home design consult? Then Lily books it.

A / B / C scoring, bath-network example

TierWhat Lily heardWhat happens
AOwns the home, both decision-makers available, wants it done within 60 days, in a dealer's ZIP, valid mobile.Booked on that dealer's calendar. Dealer alerted by email and phone. Appears in HQ roll-up as "set".
BOwns the home, one decision-maker, timeline "this year", or needs a weekend slot that isn't open.Dealer gets the summary and recording and calls back during business hours. Lily offers a second call window.
CRenter, outside every dealer's territory, "just pricing", or asked not to be called again.Polite email with the brand's info. No appointment. Opt-outs blocked for the whole network instantly.

Scoring rules are set by HQ and can differ by dealer tier or region. Spam and test entries are filtered before scoring.

After hours, every location

The brand buys leads 24 hours a day. The dealers answer 9 to 5.

Podium reports 40% of home-service calls arrive after hours. On a network of 30 dealers, that is dozens of leads every evening that nobody touches until morning, when the homeowner has already heard from a competitor who called first. Lily emails every one of them instantly and, within quiet hours (8 am to 8 pm in the lead's time zone), calls within about a minute. A 9 pm lead gets a call at 8 am, before the dealer's office opens. After-hours lead response, explained.

Dealer A, Tulsa

Lead at 8:41 pm. Email at 8:41. Lily calls at 8:42 (inside quiet hours). Booked for Thursday 5:30 pm, both homeowners.

Dealer B, Phoenix

Lead at 10:15 pm. Email at 10:15. Call waits for 8:00 am Arizona time. Booked for Saturday 10 am before the dealer's first coffee.

HQ, Monday morning

Roll-up shows weekend leads by dealer, contact rate, set rate and the three dealers whose calendars had no open slots. That last one is the fix that matters.

Honest comparison

How this compares to Hatch for a dealer network

Hatch is the established name in home-improvement follow-up and already lists integration pages for several bath brands. If you are evaluating both, here is where we actually differ.

Integrations

Works with what your dealers already use

The brand site, dealer microsites and lead-source forms post a copy of each lead to one webhook. Booked appointments and summaries go back to the dealer's CRM. All integrations.

Dealer CRMs

MarketSharp, Leap, LeadPerfection, improveit 360. Appointments and call summaries land on the lead record.

Lead sources

Brand website forms, dealer sites, Angi and HomeAdvisor, Facebook Lead Ads, Google Local Services. Consent captured at the form.

Calendars

Google Calendar, Microsoft 365, or the CRM's own scheduler, one per dealer, with territory and slot rules.

Automation

Zapier, HubSpot, GoHighLevel and LeadConnector for networks that already route leads through them.

Rollout

Pilot five dealers, then the network

  • Week 1. HQ approves the script, the questions and the consent wording. We connect the brand form and five pilot dealers' calendars and numbers.
  • Week 2. Email and Lily's calls go live for the pilot. HQ and each pilot dealer get the daily digest and can listen to every call.
  • Week 3 to 4. We tune the script from real calls. Set rate by dealer goes on the roll-up. You decide whether to add the rest of the network.
  • Anytime. One switch pauses a dealer, a region or the whole program. The decision stays yours.

Questions from network HQs

Straight answers

Can dealers change the script?

They can request changes, and HQ approves them. Most networks allow dealers to set their own hours, service ZIPs, calendar rules and a short local note (for example, a showroom address). The opening, the AI disclosure and the brand questions stay the same everywhere.

Does every dealer need its own phone number?

Yes, and we provision one per dealer with a local area code so the caller ID matches the dealer the homeowner expects. Dealers that already have a tracking number can usually port or forward it. All numbers are registered under the network's agreement.

How does billing work across HQ and dealers?

Three common setups: HQ pays for the network, HQ pays a base and dealers pay per booked appointment, or dealers opt in and pay their own share with HQ seeing the roll-up. We invoice however your co-op or marketing-fund rules require. Prices are quoted per network. See what each plan includes.

What consent language do our dealer forms need?

One checkbox, unchecked by default, that names the brand and the dealer, says an AI assistant may call and (soon) text, and links to your privacy policy. We supply the exact wording, and we store the text each lead saw along with the time and the page. Leads without that checkbox get email only. Compliance and consent details.

Can we see it before we commit the network?

Yes. Have Lily call your phone right now, then run a five-dealer pilot. If the numbers do not hold up, the monthly report will show it first.

See it on your own leads.

15-minute call with a real person. Or have Lily, our AI, call you first.
