Connect any lead source in minutes
Every lead source connects the same way: one POST to our webhook with name, phone, email, ZIP, source and consent fields. Your forms and CRM keep working; they just send a copy. Once it lands, the email goes out in seconds and the AI call in about a minute.
Setup is included in every plan. Most sources take one 15-minute screen share.
Why the connection has to be instant
from the webhook receiving the lead to Lily's first call, inside quiet hours.
How the 60 seconds workcontractors receive the same Angi or HomeAdvisor shared lead, at $15 to $85 each.
NextPhone, Angi leads for contractorsodds of qualifying a lead when contacted within an hour versus an hour later.
Harvard Business Review, 2011webhook. Every source below ends in the same POST, so adding a source is a mapping, not a project.
The payloadOne POST per lead. That is the whole integration.
JSON or form-encoded, your choice. Required: name, phone, email, zip, source, consent. Everything else is optional and is handed to Lily as context for the call.

The form key identifies the form or source so each one is reported separately. Consent fields are stored verbatim as proof. Leads without consent "yes" get email only.
Generic setup, any source
- Get your webhook URL and a form key from us (one per form or source).
- Map the fields: name, phone, email, zip, source, consent, consent_version, consent_text, page_url, timestamp.
- Send one POST per new lead. Check for
"ok": truein the response. - Submit a test lead with your own number and consent checked. Lily calls you in about a minute.
- Optional, on request: a Zapier connection or callback URL so tier, summary, recording and booked slot reach your system.
Forms you already have
Add the consent checkbox to the form, then point a copy of each submission at the webhook. Time to first call: about 60 seconds.
WordPress
Gravity Forms, WPForms, Contact Form 7, Fluent Forms, Elementor.
- Open the form's Webhooks add-on or settings.
- Paste the webhook URL, method POST, format JSON.
- Map name, phone, email, zip, consent checkbox, and the hidden form_key.
- Submit a test with your number.
Shopify
Contact and quote forms on Shopify stores.
- Use Shopify Flow or a forms app (Hulk Form Builder, Powerful Form Builder) with a webhook action.
- Add the consent checkbox field to the form.
- Map fields to the payload; set source to "shopify".
- Test; confirm the lead shows in your dashboard.
FormSubmit
Static-site forms with no backend.
- Keep your existing FormSubmit action.
- Add a hidden
_webhookfield with our URL. - Name the inputs name, phone, email, zip, consent; add form_key as a hidden field.
- Submit a test lead.
Webflow
Native Webflow forms.
- Project settings, Forms, add a webhook (or Webflow Logic / Make).
- Paste the webhook URL.
- Match field names to the payload; add the consent checkbox.
- Test and check the response.
HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zapier
HubSpot
Workflows send new contacts to us and we write results back to the contact.
- Create a workflow triggered by form submission or contact creation.
- Add a "Send a webhook" action (Operations Hub) or use Zapier.
- Map contact properties, including your consent property, to the payload.
- Optional: give us a private app token so tier, summary and recording land on the contact timeline.
- Test with your own record.
GoHighLevel / LeadConnector
Agencies and sub-accounts. White-label friendly.
- Automation, new workflow, trigger: Form Submitted or Contact Created.
- Action: Webhook, POST, our URL.
- Map custom values; include the consent checkbox and form_key per sub-account.
- Optional inbound webhook so appointments and notes post back to the contact and calendar.
- Test. See the agencies page for white label.
Zapier (and Make)
Anything with a Zapier trigger can be a lead source.
- Trigger: new lead in your tool (Typeform, Jotform, Calendly, CallRail, a Google Sheet).
- Action: Webhooks by Zapier, POST, JSON.
- Map the fields; hard-code source and form_key.
- Turn the Zap on and send a test.
Angi, HomeAdvisor, Facebook Lead Ads, Google LSA
Shared leads go to three to five contractors at $15 to $85 each (NextPhone). Speed is the whole game. The consent question is different for each source.
Angi / HomeAdvisor shared leads
- Turn on lead email notifications or the Angi Pro API/CRM export.
- Forward lead emails to your parsing address, or send the API payload to the webhook via Zapier.
- Set source "angi"; consent is "not captured" because the marketplace, not you, collected it.
- Lily sends the instant email with your consent link; the AI call fires when the lead replies or completes your form.
- Report by source to see cost per booked appointment.
Facebook / Instagram Lead Ads
- Add a custom consent checkbox question to the lead form (unchecked by default, your business named).
- Connect the page via Zapier, Make, or our Meta Lead Ads connection.
- Map full name, phone, email, zip, the consent answer; source "facebook".
- Submit a test lead through Meta's Lead Ads Testing Tool.
Google Local Services Ads
- LSA message leads arrive by email and in the LSA app; phone leads ring your line.
- Forward message-lead emails to your parsing address, source "google-lsa".
- Phone leads: route the LSA number to inbound answering or the missed-call call-back.
- Consent for message leads is captured by Lily's email reply link before any call.
MarketSharp, Leap, ServiceTitan, AccuLynx, JobNimbus
Each of these can send a new-lead event out and accept notes and appointments back. Setup is done with you on a screen share.
MarketSharp
- Lead comes into MarketSharp from your web form or lead source.
- Use MarketSharp's API or a Zapier connection to POST new leads to the webhook.
- Include the consent field from your form.
- We post the appointment and call notes back to the lead record.
Leap
- Leap captures from Angi, web forms and more.
- Use Leap's integrations (Zapier or webhook) to send each new lead.
- Map fields and consent; source "leap".
- Booked appointments return to Leap's calendar.
ServiceTitan
- Enable the ServiceTitan API or Marketplace integration (Zapier supported).
- Trigger on new customer or booking request; POST to the webhook.
- Map phone, email, zip and the consent field from your web booking form.
- We create the booking or a note with the recording link.
AccuLynx
- New-lead trigger via AccuLynx's Zapier app or API.
- POST name, phone, email, zip, source "acculynx", consent.
- Test with a sample lead.
- Appointment and call summary post back to the job file.
JobNimbus
- Automation: when a contact is created with status Lead, send a webhook.
- Paste our URL; map fields and consent.
- Send a test lead.
- Notes and the booked task return to the contact.
Something else?
If it can send an email or hit a URL when a lead arrives, we can connect it. Lead emails can be forwarded to a parsing address as a fallback for any source.
Ask usWhat happens after the webhook: speed to lead and appointment setting. What the consent field must say: compliance. Plans: pricing.
Integrations, answered
Do I need a developer?
Usually not. WordPress, Webflow, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Zapier and most form tools have a built-in webhook or "send to URL" option. We set it up with you on a screen share in about 15 minutes. Custom CRMs may need a developer for an hour.
Will my existing form emails stop?
No. The webhook is a copy. Your form keeps emailing you and writing to your CRM exactly as it does now.
What if a source cannot send the consent field?
Then leads from that source get the instant email and scoring but no AI call or text until consent is captured. Shared-lead marketplaces like Angi do not pass a consent checkbox your business controls, so those leads are email-first; Lily calls only when the lead replies or when your own consent form has been completed. See the compliance page.
How fast is the first call after the webhook fires?
About 60 seconds from receipt, inside 8 am to 8 pm in the lead's time zone. Sources that batch their leads (some marketplaces send every few minutes) add their own delay before we see the lead.
Can results go back into my CRM?
Yes. Outcomes back into your CRM (tier, five-bullet summary, recording link, booked appointment) are set up per client on request: through Zapier, or a callback URL on the Done For You plan.
